Personal Metaphor

The simile that I chose was “I am like a waterfall my thoughts run like water downstream”. At first I was trying to make my self into a rose, and put the rose floating in the waterfall but I didn’t like how the rose came out and it was to big when I put it in the waterfall, so at the end I chose to make my self into a waterfall and it came out better than what I expected. Also it shows what I was trying to express. I was trying to express peace, and toughness and it came out really good. I place my face where the water is falling because I thought that it would look nice and interesting. The focal area in my metaphor is my face and the rocks in the waterfall, because the first thing that you see when you look at my picture is my face and the rocks that are around the waterfall. I think that my composition balance because the waterfall is m=not in the center and neither my face so I think that it has a very good balance. I think that my picture does feel unified because all the things look like if they belong to just one picture.
I think that I did well on trying to put my picture in the waterfall. What was difficult for me was trying to put all the things together and trying to make the picture to express my feelings. And also trying to finish it to get a grade. I think that I could have done better putting the words in a different place. I don’t think that I would change nothing I really like how the picture came out.
